How are we doing?

January 20, 2010

I recently posed the question to staff “What is the perception of IDATA to customers and the world”

On reflection I was asking the wrong people.

This is a question for our customers and I am trying this as the forum for this discussion.

  1. My comment are from the short introduction based around the work that introduced our companies together (around 12 months ago) where we migrated from a existing to a new storage device, my staff and I have found you and your staff a pleasure to deal with. This covers both the technical and management aspects of the engagement. Technically, my engineers have felt that the person they have dealt with has always been on top of his game and always willing to assist. From a management perspective we’ve always been updated and informed of the project status at all times. So to sum up my perspective as a customer, you are a vendor that understands our requirements and then delivers throughout the engagement – a real pleasure to deal with.

  2. When I finally got to look at addressing the major problems we had with backup and recovery, there was only ever one company I was going to call to assist. I had had a long history working with i-data and the Networker product at my previous employer, so I knew I could rely on the team to provide sound advice, backed by extensive experience using a reliable, scalable and powerful system.

    i-data are true specialists.
